From the earliest times, egg pasta was hand made by the oldest women in the village. La Campofilone has absorbed this tradition and in its own laboratory has been able to reproduce a product with the same authenticity and original prerogatives. Over more than a century, our pasta has become a sought-after and loved gourmet delicacy around the world. The choice of raw materials and chain of ownership ensure that La Campofilone is a true excellence of Made in Italy.
Selected hard grains are non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms). They are grown, stored and aged exclusively in our area and have a high protein content giving excellent nutritional value. Low temperature bronze extraction and slow drying at under 36°C. Our eggs come from free range hens fed exclusively with noble non-GMO cereals, ensuring a genuine and exceptional natural aroma.
