Wholemeal linguine with cognac-soaked prawns

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g Wholemeal linguine “La Campofilone”
  • 80 g cleaned prawns
  • 1 shallot
  • 20 ml Cognac
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • salt
  • oil
  • peperoncino
PREPARATION

Add the prawns and chilli to a sauté of oil and shallots. Deglaze with cognac. Set the prawns aside and add the chopped cherry tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add the prawns again and cook for a few minutes. Boil the linguine in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and add to the sauce.
