- 250 g “La Campofilone” Fettuccine
- 120 g anchovies in oil
- 40 g truffle
- 80 g butter
- salt, pepper
PREPARATION
Melt the butter and anchovies in a pan. Then turn off the flame. We grate half the truffle. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and sauté the pasta by adding cooking water. Plate and grate further truffle pepper
