Sicilian chilli pepper fettuccine

Doses: 4 People

for 4 people
  • 250 gr “La Campofilone” Chilli Fettuccine
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 garlic
  • raisin
  • 150 gr anchovies
  • parsley
  • bread crumbs
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Brown a whole crushed garlic with olive oil in a pan, add the anchovies after a minute and brown. Then add the raisins. Cut the peppers into strips, add them and sauté vigorously for 10 minutes, until they are soft. Cook the Fettuccine in plenty of salted water, drain and sauté in the pan with the sauce together with a ladle of cooking water.
Finally add the breadcrumbs and parsley.
Toss again for a couple of minutes. Serve!
