Orange fettuccine with brandy-flavoured tuna, yellow tomatoes and thyme

INGREDIENTS
for 4 people
  • 250 g “La Campofilone” Orange Fettuccine
  • 400 g fresh tuna
  • 25 yellow tomatoes
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 10 capers
  • 30 ml brandy
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
PREPARATION

Sautee the garlic, thyme and capers. Deglaze with brandy. Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat.
Add the diced tuna and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until it is well cooked on the outside.
Season with salt. Cook the fettuccine in boiling water for 2 minutes and then sauté them in the pan.
