Fettucine with hemp seed flour bio and 3 tomatoes

INGREDIENTS
for 4 people
  • 250 gr “La Campofilone” Fettuccine with hemp seed flour BIO
  • 150 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 150 gr Prize of the Trial yellow tomatoes
  • 150 gr Green Zebra green striped tomatoes
  • fresh basil
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
PREPARATION

In a pan with olive oil, brown a whole garlic for a few minutes, then add the tomatoes cut in half.
Brown until they become creamy. Salt and pepper.
Cook the fettuccine in plenty of salted water, drain and sauté in the pan with the tomatoes, add a drop of olive oil and chopped fresh basil. Serve!
