- 250 gr “La Campofilone” Fettuccine with mushrooms
- 400 gr radish
- 250 gr gorgonzola
- 1 shallot
- extra virgin olive oil
Chop the shallot and brown it in a pan with olive oil, then chop che radicchio and add it.
Stir-fry for 5/6 minutes and turn off the stove.
Now add the gorgonzola cheese a 1/2 cup of boiling water. Stir until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the Fettuccine in boiling salted water, drain it and add it to the sauce. Stir-fry for 2/3 minutes and serve!
