- 250g La Campofilone Sorprese
- 2 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
PREPARATION
For a quick and tasty vegetable broth, cut the zucchini, carrots, potatoes and onions into small cubes. Boil in 1.5 liters of water for 20 minutes on a high heat. Pour in the Sorprese and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve with plenty of Parmesan or, for the most nostalgic, a small piece of cheese in the center of the steaming pot. La Campofilone egg based Sorprese are tiny taste storms to be enjoyed with a hot vegetable puree or meat broth.
